You get a brief Monday morning: launch a campaign across Meta, Google Display, and LinkedIn by Wednesday.

Image

Create one master design on the infinite stage, add timeline animations

Image

AI Smart Resize adapts it to 50+ platform-specific sizes: square, in-feed, 4:5, 16:9, 9:16, all IAB formats (inline rectangle, leaderboard, skyscraper, and many more)

Image

Your creative lead comments on two animation frames. You fix them. They approve.

Image

Push directly to Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Wednesday morning, you're live.

Use case: Dynamic personalization

10,000 localized ads from one template

You run promotions for all your products. Pricing that updates daily, seasonal offers. That used to mean hundreds of separate design requests. Now it's one template and a spreadsheet.

Image

Build one template with placeholder layers for product image, price, headline, and legal copy

Image

Upload or import from your URL a CSV with one product per row. Pricing, description, imagery URLs

Image

With AI you have the option to remove background for all products so you can easily highlight the product in the design

Image

Review a sample set, approve, and all 10,000+ combinations are generated

Image

Publish to META as an auto-sync DPA catalog, or export the variations in bulk to your design format, it’s your choice.

Use case: Animated display ads

You build the HTML5 animations. No code required.

Rich media campaigns need animated ads. You used to wait on developers or wrestle with desktop software. Now you do it yourself.

Popular workflows from our customers

These are the things people do most in Ad Studio. Pick a workflow to see how it works, then jump right in.

HTML5 & Display

How to create and export HTML5 ads

Build fully interactive HTML5 ads and export them ready for any ad network.

1

Create your design in the editor. Add animations using the timeline. Set build in/mid/out sequences for each element.

2

Add click tags. Ad Studio handles the click-through URL format required by each ad network automatically.

3

Preview your ad at the correct dimensions. Use the built-in device preview to check how it renders across screens.

4

Export as HTML5. Choose your target network (Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Xandr) and Ad Studio formats the package accordingly.

5

Your export includes all assets, the HTML file, and a fallback image. Upload directly to your ad platform.

Tip: Ad Studio auto-generates a static fallback image so your ad still displays when HTML5 is not supported.

Google Ads

How to upload HTML5 ads to Google Ads

Getting your ads into Google Ads smoothly. Here's what to check before and after upload.

1

Before export, verify your file size is under Google's 150KB limit using Ad Studio's built-in file size estimator.

2

Choose 'Google Ads' as the export target. Ad Studio applies the correct click tag format and file structure automatically.

3

Using custom fonts? Set 'Convert custom fonts to SVG' in the export settings. Google Ads doesn't support custom font packages. This is a unique feature only available with The Brief.

4

In Google Ads, go to Ads & Assets → Upload ad. Select your exported .zip file.

5

Preview your ad in Google's Ad Preview tool to confirm animations play correctly and the click-through works.

Common fix: If your file is too large, use Ad Studio's optimization panel to compress images or switch to web-safe fonts. Most files drop 30-50% in size.

Automation & Scale

How to automate content with data feeds

Produce hundreds or thousands of ad variations from a single template.

1

Design your template with placeholder layers. Mark which text, images, and elements should change per variation.

2

Prepare your CSV or connect a live data feed URL. Each column maps to a layer, each row becomes a unique ad. You can use text, numbers, colors, booleans, URLs, or image links.

3

In the Feed panel, create the feed and hit apply. Ad Studio auto-connects feed columns to the right layer content.

4

Preview your variations. Scroll through them to spot any layout issues with longer text or different image ratios.

5

Export all variations at once, or publish selected ones directly to your ad platforms.

Tip: Your data feed can include language columns. AI auto-translates headlines and removes product image backgrounds.

Video & Social

How to export your designs as MP4 or GIF

Every animated design you create can be exported as a high-quality video for social media, or as a GIF for display.

1

Finish your animated design using the timeline editor. Set your desired duration and time all animations correctly.

2

Click Publish → Download and select MP4 (for social platforms, high quality) or GIF (for display and email, smaller file size).

3

Choose your quality settings. For social, use 30fps. For display, use the network's recommended resolution.

Quick fix for blurry exports: The most common cause is an artboard set to a small display size (e.g. 300x250) exported without a resolution multiplier. Switch to 2x and the file will be sharp on any screen.

AI that builds smarter, not just faster

Static & Print

How to export high-resolution PNGs and JPGs

For static ads, social posts, and print-ready assets, here's how to get crisp, high-resolution exports.

1

Make sure your artboard is set to the correct dimensions. For retina/high-DPI, design at 2x your target display size.

2

Select Export → PNG (for transparency support) or JPG (for smaller files when transparency isn't needed).

3

Choose your resolution: 1x for standard screens, 2x for retina displays, or enter a custom DPI for print.

4

If your export looks blurry, check that you're not scaling a small artboard up. Always start at the target size or larger.

Quick fix for blurry exports: the most common cause is an export without a resolution multiplier. Switch to 2x and the file will be sharp on any screen.
